Grand Jury/Judge/Prosecutor all disagree. There 100% IS a case, it's not up for debate, it's just a fact. WTF do you think they've been doing for the last 6 weeks or whatever. If team Trump thought there wasn't a case, Blanch would have requested a summary judgement at least.

Will he be found guilty? Dunno.
What will sentence be? Dunno, but I suspect a fine and perhaps a list of conditions going forward. I expect a slap on the wrist.

Well, I'm not going to derail, but it is crystal clear that Trump idolizes and wishes to be American Shitler. There are many, many examples to support that viewpoint. From his love of Hitler quotes, his moral bankruptcy, to policy proposed for his second term.

As for destruction of democracy... did you miss Jan 6th? Did you miss the dissolution of woman's rights? Did you miss the plan to install sycophants in all positions of power over folks that actually know wtf they are doing, or that actually represent the interests of the people instead of one man?

cut taxes from the super wealthy CEO's of corporations who donated millions of dollars to his PAC, and do nothing but keep silent about the budget and the border so that the people forget about it while it all gets worse until the next democrat comes along and wins the presidency so then they can start screeching about it and making it a big issue again.

oh yeah and to spend most of his time in office sending out juvenile tweets and going golfing.

how about his health care policies? it's been well over 4 years now and we still havent seen any exerpts of that brand new health care plan of his, which i'm sure that exists, and he oughtta be releasing to the public alongside obama's real birth certificate and his evidence of election fraud. should be any day now, but just not today.

The biggest thing for me personally in terms of what I agree with Trump on is Energy independence.

I side with Trump more on foreign policy and actually think country is safer with Trump than Biden. Biden much more of a hawk than Trump.

Healthcare- okay Trump didn't do much if anything- what did the left do that actually worked? Education costs - what had the left done? Other than dumbassed offers of student debt forgiveness that would do more harm than good. Over last 16 years 12 of those Dems have been in power have education coasts not continued to soar? Has Healthcare really gotten any better?

I'm no build that wall guy - but I certainly am not for whatever border policy we have since Biden took over its a mess an a embarrassment.

I won't blame inflation on Biden it would of happened no matter who was in office due to various factors.

The Afgan withdraw was done about as bad as it could of been done.

I would disagree some there. I will say noone in government cares about anyone they are driven by keeping job , forwarding agenda, an pandering to constituents and donors. That said there's some good that can come out of that . Such as achieving energy independence. I'm all for going green ......... eventually but you don't cut feet off when there's still mile yet to walk.

I compare both canidates and choose the one I think benefits me more than doesn't. Which is why I am voting for the Orange guy.
