Law Airport executive shot in firefight with federal agents at his home in Arkansas

The dead guys families lawyer confirmed that it seemed to be.
So it was just a coincidence that two different agencies with a requirement to turn them on didn't that day?

I made it 24 seconds in.

At "Brian was a law-abiding gun owner. He became the target of Joe Biden's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, even though he was unaware that he was even being investigated." I was like

I love how Biden supposedly has the faculties to have his hand so far up the ass of these massive organizations that he personally guides operations like this but he is also too senile to run the country at the same time.

The real story is out.

The ATF executed this man. They cut the power to his home, during dark hours, covered the cameras, busted down his door in the dark . He came out of his bedroom with a gun to protect himself and his wife. He fired two shots at the feet of the agents who had busted into his house and they and shot him in the head right next to his wife. They then put her in a cop car for 4 hours in 41 degree temp and left her there ignoring all of her pleas.

The man never had a chance. Those involved should be tried for 1st Degree Murder to teach the government goons that they don't have the right to execute American citizens.

Note: They did not wear any body cams as required.

Director of ATF Steven Dettlebach is asked if he would like to apologize to the widow Mrs. Malinowski who was present during this hearing.

His gramm said he was a good kid and he didn't deserve this

It's a fair fucking question. Just casually go to his office, hand him the warrant, done and done. For some reason they decided to go to his house at the ass crack of dawn (instead of waiting for when he isn't home) to break down the door. Smells 100% like the usual level of ATF stupidity.
Policy and procedure can be debated... but how many open fire at the authorities? What did he think was going to happen?

He had zero clue they were authorities. They kicked his door down in the dark after they took out his camera, raided his house, and he got offed in his own hallway standing next to his wife.

What happens to you if someone kicks your door down in the dark and raids your home and you have zero clue?

You do know he was in a Federally protected space 40+ hours a week? They could have easily arrested him without issues.

Those scumbags murdered her husband in their home as he stood next to her in the dark.

The more we learn about this case the worse it gets for America.

The ATF along with the FBI and most of the DOJ need to be taken apart from the top down. The entire DC leadership needs to be replaced with people from the rank and file who actually care about the law and the rights of American citizens.

Whippy, would you be insinuating with months of pre-planning an agency knowingly faking a home invasion on a residence where a large collection of weapons are thought to be secured is not responsible? And in fact deserves the public scrutiny for no other reason than the historical record of this administrative arm of government.
One being weaponized into an enforcement apparatus against its tenants; defying the separation of powers laid out in the US Constitution?

Because I say that all the time

lol... exacly.

It was designed by the ATF to be a catastrophic event. Any person that wanted a safe outcome with a brain in their head could have easily worked this out. They wanted to murder the man. They wanted to "send a message" to other gun owners. How did the Biden's ATF think it was going to go if they:

(1) Hit the home in the dark
(2) Disable the cameras and power of the house rendering the owner blind and in the dark.. he can turn on no lights.
(3) Busted down his door and made entry without a knock in full SWAT gear

They know the man is armed. They know he cannot see them. They know he will be disoriented and scared. This is nuts.

However, the ATF knew that this guy was in a locked down environment for more than 40 hours a week where they could roll up with two agents, visit him in his office and either cuff him there if they thought he was a threat, or walk him out like a human being and have a discussion about his license and the weapons he possesses.

To make matters worse they treated his widow who was scared, confused, distraught, and emotionally destroyed like a piece of shit. They locked her in a vehicle in 41 degrees temperature for 4 hours while her husband's corpse lay on the ground and agents tore her house apart.

Anyone that has taken just a little time to hear previous ATF / Congressional testimony by Biden's Director would know this man is wholly unqualified. He's a huge Gun Control advocate beyond common sense and doesn't now dick about firearms. I'd be surprised if he ever shot one. They hired a lawyer to take the job so he could obfuscate and tell Congress to go fuck themselves. This needless murder of an American that positively contributes to society is the result.

6am? Did they knock or was this one of those forced entry type of services? Did they announce?

I didn't see it listed what they were arresting him for so it's hard to put this in the right context.

These are very fair questions and now we are getting the answers.

(1) They did not knock.
(2) They did not announce.
(3) They covered the camera and cut the power to the house as well.
(4) They broke the door down and entered in full tactical gear.

Here is another note that most people don't know. They were going to do it a week prior, staged, were ready, and found out he was not home and called it off.. They clearly wanted him at home in the dark. They could have rolled on up to his work and caught him unarmed and alone without issue.... and knew they could, because he was in a secure facility 40 hours of the week.

“Why didn’t they get him at the airport?”

Proof of a multi tiered justice system.

We’re rich why did they treat him like a normy?
Yeah I really get tired of hearing that kind of crap. They went to his house. They could get him anywhere they want and they owe him no respect. their job isn't to be courteous.

Actually, that is incorrect. They are only supposed to do the No Knock warrant event like that if there is "no better options". It's in the Congressional testimony from yesterday.

I would say, busting him at an actual gun show, or at his Federally secured office at the airport would be far better options and everyone that is honest knows it.
