Different bracing technique when lifting heavy?

Advocates for tucking the stomach, versus this back-arch position.



Same, basically crunch the abs for better core stability.

New on me, but makes sense.

Anyone use this bracing posture?
 
Refers it as cannonball breathing.

Like you're going to get hit in the stomach and are bracing it to prepare.
 
I actually hurt my lower back overly arching it during deadlifts. I prefer the method they do in the video to an exaggerated arched lower back
 
When I started lifting, I focused on arching. I do not at all anymore and don't think it's a great cue.
