probably not the smoking gun here but this doesn't look good for the defense. they said in their opening statement that they would prove that the $130,000 payment to michael cohen wasn't a reimbursement. witness testimony and documentation today has shown that it was.

And the truth is, if you stuck a huge team for years on top of practically any powerful politician, or probably any billionaire, you're gonna find some "irregularities".

This doesn't mean I'm justifying it. I'm acknowledging that it happens. At the end of the day singling out one target for political reasons, which, let's be fair, is whats happening here, is kinda bullshit. Like if there was some sort of effort to actually start "cleaning up" politicians I'd be fine with it, but thats not what this is.

The law they are using to indict Trump and have this trial is that he used campaign funds. He clearly didn't. So what law did he break exactly? Why is he in a courtroom right now?​

He isn't being singled out, he's a career criminal and these are tiny drops in the enormous bucket of law suits he's faced.

He's faced... Wait for it... Four thousand law suits. You guys voted for a guy who was convicted of stealing money from cancer kids and has been banned from running charities in New York. He's dog shit and you guys picked him, knowing that.

Do I care even a little bit about this hush money case? No, not at all. Do I think he's being singled out? Fuck no, that's ridiculous. He allegedly broke the law and he's a crooked imbecile who associates with other crooks who turned on him. Because of course he did. If a Democrat was caught doing the same thing what exactly do you think Republicans would do? And keep in mind this isn't Democrats doing this.

OK, I do care about this case a little because it's election fraud on multiple levels, which I'm sure you know by now that you've caught up with the case. I care about Georgia a LOT, though, and so should you. Do you? Are you going to argue that it's an over-reaction?

The claim was that Trump used Campaign Funds to pay off Stormy. We just learned that he paid through his personal funds. There is no case here... why is this judge letting this farce continue?

I never voted for him. I don't know why you think I did. I didn't pick him. I don't want him as president.

At the end of the day, I don't like Trump and I never did. But it's obvious to me that there's double standards when he involved. Doesn't mean I'm saying he didn't do anything.
