Crime Donald Trump Hush Money Fraud Trial

trump spent his whole presidency scheming and cooking up ways to charge biden with something lol what is this

Add Hilary to that list too, and yet they could find nothing on either, unlike dirty Don where you can always find sh!t sticking to his shoes and people he's f*ked over willing to talk about it. Trump should've just remained a crooked businessman where nobody gives a sh!t. But when you are President or wanna be president the world gives sh!t and they should turn over every rock and look in every draw to see who and what you really are.

probably not the smoking gun here but this doesn't look good for the defense. they said in their opening statement that they would prove that the $130,000 payment to michael cohen wasn't a reimbursement. witness testimony and documentation today has shown that it was.

Look, I'm just gonna be honest. There's a clear double standard here. Most, not all, of the people who are adamant that Trump should be found guilty don't have the same conviction when it comes to other rich, powerful people/politicians.

Ultimately, for me, it seems like something he'd do and since it's actually reached the point of coming to trial he should be found guilty. I don't want to excuse behavior like this, but at the same time I'm not gonna put my head in the sand and pretend it isn't pretty par for the course. I live in California and it's amazing how many people would say a shitbag like Newsom should run for President while at the same time going out of their way to condemn Trump for something like this.

Now, if this were some kind of new Renaissance to hold rich, powerful people/politicians to the same standards of everyone else and go after every one them with the same zeal, then I'd be all for it. 100%. But you have to know that that isn't what's happening here. They aren't going to go after Biden once he's out of office. And the truth is, if you stuck a huge team for years on top of practically any powerful politician, or probably any billionaire, you're gonna find some "irregularities".

This doesn't mean I'm justifying it. I'm acknowledging that it happens. At the end of the day singling out one target for political reasons, which, let's be fair, is whats happening here, is kinda bullshit. Like if there was some sort of effort to actually start "cleaning up" politicians I'd be fine with it, but thats not what this is.
YOU mean they are singling out the guy, who is a convicted money launderer, can not legally run a charity because he stole from the last one he had, ran a phony University, and stiffed over 1000's hard working American contractors. Yeah Trump was never in trouble with the law and only got in trouble with the law because deep state lawfare.
Or Maybe, Trump has been a fucking scumbag criminal all his life, and when he became President, it put an even bigger target on his back, but this time, he has a cult behind him, that will play the victim card along with Trump playing the victim card.

Ooops. The Prosecutors are killing their own case. If he used his own funds, there is no case. The claims was that he used campaign funds.

The law they are using to indict Trump and have this trial is that he used campaign funds. He clearly didn't. So what law did he break exactly? Why is he in a courtroom right now?

so falsifying business documents and election interference is okay, just as long as you use your personal bank account to write the checks.

that's quite the reach.

I made a joke awhile ago it was like Jon Jones getting warned for eyepokes, and if he has to get warned again then the next one will be a strict warning

Pretty much watching that play out

I think Trump is hoping? for jail time so that he can further claim to be a victim? That's the only play that makes sense here.
He has no self control. He'll want to destroy anyone that voices any negative opinion of him. He was in a years long war with Rosie O'Donnell. Definitely not the temperament we want our President to have. It's a mental illness.

In order to give a porn star hush money after sexual relations with her, correct?
That was years prior. The impetus to make the payment was the election. Grab em by the pussy tape was huge, they couldn't have a porn star and playmate airing their stories as well, and the real counter was releasing the information the Russians hacked.

I didn't say all, I think it's pretty standard, though.

I don't recall Trump flaunting that he fucked Stormy Daniels and maneuvered campaign funds to shut her up. He's denying it like he denies basically every criticisms of himself ever, because he's a whiny man-child.

Trump is basically the same as a large amount of other people in the same game, he just doesn't have the savvy or the filter between his brain and his mouth. Which can actually be a bit refreshing as a political candidate, because he's probably the most "what you see is what you get" candidate of my lifetime. But then you get mindless tweets and random diatribes that have fuck all to do with anything.

He isn't being singled out, he's a career criminal and these are tiny drops in the enormous bucket of law suits he's faced.

He's faced... Wait for it... Four thousand law suits. You guys voted for a guy who was convicted of stealing money from cancer kids and has been banned from running charities in New York. He's dog shit and you guys picked him, knowing that.

Do I care even a little bit about this hush money case? No, not at all. Do I think he's being singled out? Fuck no, that's ridiculous. He allegedly broke the law and he's a crooked imbecile who associates with other crooks who turned on him. Because of course he did. If a Democrat was caught doing the same thing what exactly do you think Republicans would do? And keep in mind this isn't Democrats doing this.

OK, I do care about this case a little because it's election fraud on multiple levels, which I'm sure you know by now that you've caught up with the case. I care about Georgia a LOT, though, and so should you. Do you? Are you going to argue that it's an over-reaction?

This is a guy's fixer flipping on him. Go ahead and have the guy that knows where the bodies are buried to turn State's witness against any politician you think is corrupt. Whining that there are more rats out there isn't a good excuse to give a guy that tried to overturn a legal election a pass.

A bit refreshing? GTFOH. The Tweets and diatribes are what you get because the guy is a lying sack of shit mental patient. Closing your eyes and plugging your ears to the National Security risk this guy poses is the only way a patriotic American would vote for him.

Election interference... it's hilarious that you even typed those words.

The claim was that Trump used Campaign Funds to pay off Stormy. We just learned that he paid through his personal funds. There is no case here... why is this judge letting this farce continue?

I never voted for him. I don't know why you think I did. I didn't pick him. I don't want him as president.

At the end of the day, I don't like Trump and I never did. But it's obvious to me that there's double standards when he involved. Doesn't mean I'm saying he didn't do anything.
