"Usually" you don't call known illnesses by their clinical presentations but when talking about emerging unknown illnesses, you do.

Pneumonia isn't going around .. it's a set up.
Other stuff maybe contagious.. but to say Pneumonia is the pathogen is unlikely is it not?
Maybe used a little to cause hysteria?
Just been doing a bit of light reading.
so pneumonia is the cause of a virus or bacteria.
It's a causation .. not the cause.
